Writing

Students develop a strong writing voice in first grade! My expectation is that students will be able to write complete sentences with a capital at the beginning, lowercase letters throughout the sentence (except for I and proper nouns), and correct punctuation at the end. If a student takes his/her time, the handwriting should be neat a done and correctly.
